Bill called me and told me that Lou from Oberfileds recommended using another chemical on my patio to remove the cement glaze. Bill said that he would get it ASAP and coordinate a time to come out and spot test it on the pavers.

Got a text from Bill asking me my house number, as he was coordinating with Lou from Oberfields to come out the next day.

Called Matt in the morning to ask him to have Bill call me with a update. I told Matt it is crazy that the only way I can get Bill to call me is if I call Matt first. Got a Txt from Matt at 6:04pm stating they tried to call Lou @ Oberfields, but they close at 5pm. They will try in the morning
