Ben and Bill were both here today. The basement window issue was taken care of by ripping out the surrounding 1/2 inch drywall and replacing with 1/4 inch pieces. Every corner of the drywall got the third coat of mud applied.
Sanding started today and precautions were taken to prevent dust from getting to the rest of the house.
Talked with Bill and he is going to schedule the carpet vendor to come out for us to select a product.
Also, we were asked today to pick out a paint color for the walls.
