08-14-2013 Day 119

Called Antwan again asking for a status update He told me that he met with Matt yesterday at 4PM (Not Monday).  I guess the ball is in Matt's court now, they are trying to see if they can get Oberfields to replace it for free instead of Builders Unlimited paying for them.  I am sorry but, this is a perfect example of how a company is not customer focused.  A customer focused company would have manned up, bought the material needed, and resolved the ASAP. Then  try to get reimbursed for the product from their supplier.  However, now I (the customer) have to wait probably another 2 weeks while Builders Unlimited discusses with Oberfields.  I am now on day 119 of this project.
