Two voicemails to Matt today asking for a status of the two open items.  1) The $150 for the HVAC  work to repair the previous work done by Builders Unlimited  2) Replacing the patio pavers and fixing the misc. issues.  I am starting to notice that the steps are moving where the seams are not lined up and the corner cuts are sticking up.  This is quickly becoming a unsafe situation.
