Ben was back onsite to replace the basement pocket door and the mounting hardware for it.  Apparently the reason that Bill and Kyle could not get the door off the track was because the hardware was not releasing correctly.  Ben and I had to destroy the first door to have room to get the hardware off.  At that point Ben was able to mount the new door and we were good to go.  Ben also touched up a few small areas with mud and paint that the outlet covers did not fully hide.



On the left is the new door I bought, on the right the old door.  Middle, the Trim.
