Called Matt and left him a lengthily voicemail, surprisingly he called me back 2 hours later.  I was shocked that Matt told me to have it fixed and he would refund me the costs.  I told him that he could send Ben out if he wanted to do the Drywall assist, but he would have to be available when the HVAC company would be there.   We decided to get a quote broken out for HVAC only and drywall work done on separate line items. This way Matt can sign off on it first before having the work actually started, and if he decided to send Ben out to do complete the drywall part, he would reimburse me the HVAC part.
